Employment Opportunities

At Caribbean Equality Project, we’re working to ensure all Caribbean LGBTQ+ people can lead healthy, safe, and empowered lives. For almost a decade, we’ve provided culturally responsive programs, life-affirming services, and safe spaces to thousands of people, but the fight continues to protect our most vulnerable community members. Are you ready to use your skills, experience, and talents to support our diverse Caribbean LGBTQ+ community?

Come work with us!

Our Caribbean post-colonial history, migration, culture, and principles ground our work with Caribbean LGBTQ+ New Yorkers, guide our solidarity partnerships and collaborations, and influence relationships with each other. We value a community-driven approach to community care, organizing, and racial, gender, and economic justice. At Caribbean Equality project, everyone creates the work ecosystem necessary for serving our community, growing professionally, and working towards collective liberation.
