A sneak peek screening of Caribbean Queen is here! Join Caribbean Equality Project and Brooklyn Pride for a special movie screener celebrating a Caribbean LGBTQ+ story. “Caribbean Queen" is an inspiring short film that follows the journey of Q, a young Caribbean boy in their twenties, who aspires to become the Queen of the West Indian Day Carnival Parade. Despite facing adversity and prejudice from their own family and community, Q remains determined to pursue their dream.

Get ready for a night of fun, community, and representation at 4th Street & 5th Avenue. Let's come together to enjoy a fantastic short film under the stars. The film will start at Sundown but come for the pre-celebration of performers and music by DJ Trini. Don't miss out on this unique event brought to you by Brooklyn Pride and the Caribbean Equality Project. See you there!
